Abigail (Abby) Morrison is an Associate Lawyer with the firm. Her practice focuses primarily on corporate, commercial and real estate transactions including:

• Residential real estate transactions

• Incorporations

• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements

• Corporate structuring and reorganizations

• Purchases and sales of businesses

• Estate planning (including wills and powers of attorney)

Abby has incorporated over 100 medical companies for physicians and dentists in British Columbia, and regularly assists medical professionals with commercial and employment law matters.

Abby was called to the bar in 2023, and she is licensed to practice in both Ontario and British Columbia. Prior to her call to the bar, Abby worked as a real estate conveyancer at an international firm. She is currently taking her Master of Laws in Taxation part time at the University of British Columbia.
