Pearlman Lindholm was established by Edwin Pearlman and Louis Lindholm in 1954. For 65 years, our firm has consistently maintained its status as one of Victoria’s leading law practices and has steadily grown to house twenty-one lawyers. As a full-service law firm, we use our expertise to represent clients in all personal and business matters, handling cases ranging from small to large and complex.
Our litigation lawyers routinely appear in the Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the British Columbia Court of Appeal. Clients come to us from Vancouver Island, throughout British Columbia, across Canada, from the United States and abroad. Many of our clients are relatives of families that we have represented for generations. We pride ourselves on developing successful, long-term relationships with our clients.
Pearlman Lindholm has long been a supporter of the arts and other charitable organizations in Victoria. Over the years our lawyers have supported and led many community organizations.

Pearlman Lindholm moved to Shoal Point at Fisherman’s Wharf in July 2004. With scenic views of the Inner Harbour, we are proud of our offices and the atmosphere that they create for our clients. Our offices are wheelchair accessible and offer one-hour free parking on marked stalls for clients.
In January 2019, in concert with the expansion of our Victoria office, Pearlman Lindholm opened offices in the Westshore at 1-111 Presley Place. We are excited to be a part of the Westshore’s growth and welcome the opportunity to serve more of Vancouver Island.
