Monte W. Prior

Monte Prior is a partner with the firm. He was born and raised in Victoria and received his law degree from the University of Victoria in 1989. Mr. Prior was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1990.

He has practiced exclusively in the area of personal injury law since his call to the Bar. Mr. Prior has appeared regularly in all three levels of court in British Columbia. He has conducted numerous trials and mediations throughout his career while representing injured parties.

Mr. Prior is an avid baseball fan and enjoys traveling to Seattle to watch his beloved Mariners.
