David T. Juteau

David Juteau is an associate with the firm.  He grew up in Victoria and received his law degree from the University of Victoria in 2008.  He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2009.

David’s practise is primarily focused on civil litigation and he has experience in the areas of personal injury, construction litigation, estate litigation and planning, small claims disputes and human rights claims.  He has conducted trials in the Provincial Court of British Columbia and before the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal.
