Scott W. Farquhar

Scott Farquhar is a partner with the firm. He grew up in Victoria and received his law degree from the University of Alberta in 1996. Mr. Farquhar was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1997.

Mr. Farquhar's practice is focused on personal injury law, estate litigation and employment law. He also handles contract disputes, property insurance claims and other civil litigation. Mr. Farquhar has conducted numerous trials in the Provincial Court of British Columbia and Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Mr. Farquhar is currently the President of the Victoria Bar Association. As well, he is the Past President of the Oak Bay Tennis Club. Mr. Farquhar was previously a committee member for the B.C. Children's Hospital Miracle Open Golf Tournament between 1998 and 2002.
