Pearlman Lindholm was established by Edwin Pearlman and Louis
Lindholm in 1954. Since that date our firm has consistently maintained
its status as one of Victoria’s leading law practices. We
are a full service law firm with the expertise to represent clients
in all personal and business matters. Pearlman Lindholm handles
cases ranging from small to large and complex. Our litigation lawyers
routinely appear in the Provincial Court of British Columbia, Supreme
Court of British Columbia and British Columbia Court of Appeal.
Our primary areas of practice include personal injury claims, business
law, corporate and commercial law, family law, employment and labour
law, real estate law, wills and estates, contracts law, insurance
law and civil litigation.
Clients come to us from Vancouver Island, throughout British Columbia,
across Canada, from the United States and abroad. Many of our clients
are relatives of families that we have represented for generations.
We pride ourselves on developing successful, long-term relationships
with our clients.
At Pearlman Lindholm we are good communicators and we ensure that
we take the time to listen to your side of the story. Professionalism
is very important to us and all of our staff are committed to maintaining
the highest of standards in that regard.
After many years at 736 Broughton Street, Pearlman Lindholm moved
to Shoal Point at Fisherman’s Wharf in July 2004. With scenic
views of the Inner Harbour, we are proud of our new offices and
the atmosphere that they create for our clients. Our offices are
wheelchair accessible and have been designed to meet the needs of
all of our clients.
Pearlman Lindholm has long been a supporter of the arts and other
charitable organizations in Victoria. Over the years our lawyers
have sat on the boards of numerous community organizations.
